Miyachi Welding Power Commutator Hot Stacking Machine

The machine adapts AC pulse. The whole machine is controlled by MITSUBISHI PLC; it could control the exact pre-pressing /welding /transposition /hold time effectively. The operation is free from interference.

(3)Operation
1)Connect machine to air source and power supply.
2)Switch the button to Miyachi.
3)Turn on machine power switch.
4)Switch the two buttons under the touch screen to "Auto" and "Run" .
5)Switch the rough set to 2 and the accurate set to 8.
6) Power on Miyachi.
7) Press "Stop" button. Then press the "Start" button to begin fusing.
